First 24 Hours: CARAL™ typically processes your payment 12-24 hours after your transaction. Cancellation requests made before payment capture will be honored with a full refund.

Within 30 Days: CARAL™ offers a 90% "no questions asked" refund on purchases up to $1000 usd within 170 days of purchase*.

*or the maximum time allowed by the payment processor used, whichever is less.

Large and Premium Transactions: CARAL™ offers concierge service for refunds on large and/or premium transactions on a case-by-case basis. To inquire about refunds on $1000 USD or more please contact us at refunds@caral.store .*

*Refunds offered up to 90%of purchase amount within 170 days of purchase or the maximum time allowed by the payment processor used, whichever is less.

CARAL Rewards: If CARAL™ Rewards have been converted or processed, the transaction is no longer eligible for refund or cancellation

Currency Translation: CARAL™ is only able to refund up to the original amount paid in the currency originally charged. You may receive less than your original payment if your currency has strengthened versus the US Dollar in the time since you made your transaction.

IF YOUR CURRENCY HAS WEAKENED VERSUS THE US DOLLAR:

1) US Dollar amounts that CARAL™ is not required to provide to fully satisfy the refund will be credited to your CARAL™ Rewards account at a rate of 75/$1USD.

2) Rewards issued with a refund are active 30 days after the refund is submitted.

3) If CARAL Rewards have been converted or processed, you acknowledge and agree that the refund has been satisfactorily completed.
