Refund policy

The English language version of all translations, including but not limited to the return policies, terms of service, and privacy policy, are the official versions.  Translations provide for your convenience, but may contain errors or omissions.

 

(1) Refund Terms and Conditions:

     (a) Products labeled "Test Product"

    • No refund available

     (b) All other Products within 30 Days of Purchase

  • 15% fee assessed on all refunded items
  • If currency translation results in a lower value of $USD compared to the time of the original transaction, CARAL™ at its discretion may lower the refunded amount by a proportionate amount
  • Refunds not available where prohibited by law

     (c) All other Products after 30 Days of Purchase and within the return window

  • Refunds accepted the lesser of (A) 170 days, or (B) the maximum time allowed by the payment system or processor you utilized
  • If currency translation results in a HIGHER value of $USD compared to the time of the original transaction, CARAL™ will first (1) apply the additional value against the refund fee, and second (2) credit the customer's CARAL™ Rewards account with rewards points equivalent to 75% of the value of the increased value of the $USD compared to the currency used to purchase the item
  • If currency translation results in a lower value of $USD compared to the time of the original transaction, CARAL™ at its discretion may lower the refunded amount by a proportionate amount
  • 15% fee assessed on all refunded items
  • Refunds not available where prohibited by law

(2) Customers in United States, Canada, and The Bahamas:

  • All Sales Final

(3) Other Restrictions:

  • No refunds for products priced under USD$5
  • For products priced over USD$5, refunds are available for any reason within 30 calendar days of purchase
  • 15% fee assessed on all refunded items
  • Refunds not available where prohibited by law

CARAL™ may, at its sole discretion, further reduce or eliminate the refundable amount on purchases that exceed two (2) transactions or USD$120 in a single day.  Excessive, repetitive, or otherwise questionable patterns of purchases, including multiple users at the same address or IP/address mismatch may also be subject to a refund restrictions.

In all cases, ALL SALES FINAL for customers suspected of fraud, illicit activity, hacking or improper use of CARAL's systems, or acting against the spirit of CARAL's products and programs.

 

All CARAL™ Rewards earned by a purchase will be immediately forfeited upon a return request.  To start a return, you can contact us at refunds@caral.store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If you have any issues creating or logging in to your CARAL™ Rewards account, please contact us immediately.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
